i was born with an undetected serious skeletal abnormality of my spine .
In spite of it I turned a disability into an ability and became a dancer. Almost 50 years later an accident and major spine surgery ended my movement career. It took me 9 years to find alternative holistic techniques to heal myself and by age 60 I was teaching movement again. At 70 I had to relinquish this and the last 15 years have been a steady deteriorating in my spinal condition that now affects my whole body.
It doesn’t stop me organising events to bring awareness to the fact that “ all disability is not visible” but my body still hurts and limits what I can do.
Then the MIRACLE happened!
I was collecting prizes for a the raffle for the fund raising event I have planned for 5th May 2024 for a local hospice. The hospice charity shop gave me some new, unopened articles as raffle prizes. One of these was SHUNGITE cummerbund .
I nearly gave it back to the hospice charity shop as I didn’t know what it was but thought to look it up on line. Imagine my surprise when found out it’s identity. I have been wearing it ever since and also ordered two single stones to hold in my hands as my hands are now affected by the Spinal Stenosis.

I may be 85 and still have the challenge of a genetic deformity with its on going repercussions but I now have my SHUNGITE cummerbund and hand held crystals which are helping me mentally, emotionally and physically support. SHUNGITE , for me , seems like a “ gift from the Gods “ and as it only happened a few days ago I am looking forward with optimism and happiness.

The Dragon blood incense was absolutely stunning. A lot of other brands can be quite stuffy but this one was dare I say fresh? It’s also on a red stick so the colour way is very satisfying. Deffo will be buying again

Arrived quickly and well packed. I checked them all as some reviews said they weren’t all there. I had one blank which I’ll incorporate into some jewellery! They’re quite naive and some similar runes hard to tell apart but I love the lapis and they feel good in your hands.
