You can either order the crystal individually or add a guide book & organza bag for each crystal. Organza bag provided may change in colour but will generally be either black, white or gold.

Looks like abit of chipped tile
I bought two as presents as it said it came with a bag and guide. But they arrived as loose stones. Please can you send the bag and guide as that’s why I wanted them.

I’ve bought same item before and was little disappointed this time around, crystal was much smaller than previous and not quite as good quality. Presumably just “ luck of the draw situation “ as never happened before, I’ve always been delighted with the crystals purchased
