Really happy with the crystals I received to process grief. I looked at my Apache and visualized its energy field expanding around me paired with a Scolicite crystal, held them in my left hand (as when using crystals for healing they must be in left hand for energy to go in) and visualized the energy flowing up my hand, in to my heart and flowing up to my crown and slept all night with them in that hand. I felt the grief lifted from my heart when I awoke the next morning. This is a process that I'm repeating every night until fully healed as there is layers to healing. Tonight I'm doing same with a large selenite wand on my heart chakra. Hope this method helps others 😊
