The order was placed 22.12.23 and I appreciate that due to missing the last post and Christmas delays there would be a delay in receiving that item but we are now on 03.01.24 and it appears the parcel has gone missing! There is no new tracking advice from Royal Mail and Psychic Tree have not responded to my request for a refund! I cannot rate the product but I can rate the customer service as poor!
