The product was great, as always, however the delivery no so, it turned up as expected but the bag containing the Frankincense had split.

Insensitive to complaint
I feel disappointed and unhappy that an order I have made was delivered to a wrong address. Few minutes after making the order I have immediately emailed and complained that the billing address was wrong only to get a feedback that nothing could be done about that. So what’s the use of the complaint mechanism if u can’t address an issue such as this. Now u have delivered the item to another address without my knowledge. There was no way to even track the order as I got no tracking number from Royal Mail or any other similar courier company. Please can I get a refund as I have not received the item u claimed to have delivered
