I’m so sorry you haven’t received your order yet. I can confirm that your order was despatched to you on time from our warehouse. Your order was despatched on the 48 Hour Tracked service and whilst they have an excellent record of delivering within 48 Hours, it is not guaranteed, and having checked the tracking on the order it seems that the order is still out for delivery.
Do let me know if it doesn’t arrive in the next few days, as generally we leave 15 working days before we classify a parcel as lost.
