Great for a beginner

I bought this book as I have suffered anxiety for many years. It is full of interesting ideas and quotes that help put a perspective on anxiety and what it is. This is definitely a book for people who are new to understanding anxiety, but offers further avenues for exploration once the basics are learnt.
