I chose this deck as I had a version of it as a teenager, and remembered the images, which are rather medieval in feel. The cards are colourful without being gaudy. There are two crucial advantages to this deck, in my mind. The full pictorial design on every card in the minor arcana makes it easier to remember and interpret the meaning of each one, as there are several clues and prompts within the image. And this deck is also popular with people who create videos on the Tarot, who also use the designs on the cards as an aid to their interpretation. So this definitely helps make the Tarot easier to learn, for a beginner. Only snag is that the booklet included with the deck is very basic, so you will need as additional help

A good basic deck. The card stock is resonably thick and the cards shuffle well. I would prefer a linen effect finish similar to a pack of playing cards but that's probably just a personal thing. I like that the artist is mentioned and commended for her orginal work creating this well known tarot. The deck was despatched really quickly.

These are great for beginners, I'd like to of had a bit more detail on the instructions
